Smile, Smile, Smile
I was on a train, deep in my own concerns, and as I glanced up a young woman flashed me the most radiant smile.
I naturally responded with a big grin and my whole day changed from grey to dazzling.
I was so moved by the effect of her smile that I bestowed brilliant smiles on everyone I met, and what a difference a smile makes!
Even if you feel a bit low just try smiling at someone. Make it a real smile (eyes as well) and notice the response you get.
Smile and the world smiles with you.

有一次我坐在火车里，正在为一些事情深感忧虑时，忽然看到有个姑娘对我甜蜜地笑了笑。
我很自然地张大口，对她回应了一笑。我的那一天立刻从灰暗变为无比晴朗了！
我太感激姑娘那一微笑所产生的效果了。从那以后，我对每个遇到的人都给以灿烂的笑容。微笑产生的效果真是太神奇了！
尽管你有点情绪低落，你也要尽量对别人微笑。要笑得真诚并留意对方的反应。
