差不多意思，就是楼主暂时啥都别做，别旅行，别放弃工作，别处置财产，除非有地址或者个人信息的变化会影响到他的移民，才有必要跟移民部联系
原因是申请人太多啦，证不够发，所以会有几年的延迟，当然根据证得类型决定。楼主可以跟那个电话联系，问问哪些证有优先处理的权利。
